Property in Australia - Proof of Income: required in all cases (can be made up of Earned Income, Pension, Investment or Rental Income. Please note however, it is not always the case that the Lender will take all or part of these Incomes into account when determining the maximum loan available). Non-Status loans are currently not available.
Term: 5 to 30 years up to age 70
Property in Australia - Currency: Australian Dollars or Sterling only
Property in Australia - Current Interest Rate: from approx 6.81% Variable in Australian Dollars or 6.25% Variable in Sterling. Fixed Rate are also possibly available (ie: Fixed for 1 year at 6.85% in Australian Dollars).
Example in Australian Dollars: Repayment Mortgage of approx AUS$127,000 over a period of 20 years at a Variable Interest Rate of approx 6.81% = approx AUS$984.25 Capital & Interest per month = a total approximate amount payable over term of AUS$240,970 including capital, interest, arrangement and survey fees.
